Suzanne Shearer

As General Manager at Bouchon Bakery and Café in New York, Suzanne Shearer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Bouchon New York’s operations including organization, planning, and employee training. Shearer ensures continuous improvement in the quality of service, operational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and guest experience.

Before joining Bouchon in 2006, Shearer served as manager for the New York restaurant Mexican Radio. There, she was responsible for supervising all front of the house and back of the house staff in addition to employee training, administrative duties, and private party planning. Prior to moving to New York, Shearer also gained valuable restaurant industry experience bartending and serving at the Wyndham Emerald Plaza Hotel in San Diego, California.

Shearer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
