Stephen Cook
As General Manager of Bouchon in Beverly Hills, Stephen Cook oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations such as staffing, service and training. He collaborates closely with Chef de Cuisine Rory Herrmann and leads the Bouchon team as they continue to operate one of the most exciting dining destinations in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, Cook held the position of General Manager for Legal Seafood’s flagship restaurant on Park Square in Boston, MA. He graduated with honors from Huddersfield University in England with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Catering Administration and has served as Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager within both the Disneyland and Planet Hollywood organizations.
