The French version of fast food- delicious ingredients between excellent bread. This is the way to do it. Our sandwiches are both traditional, with some dry-cured ham, Emmenthaler and sweet butter, for example, and also playful, such as a cashew nut butter and apricot jam (our take on peanut butter and jelly).

Ham and Cheese This sandwich, inspired by the traditional French charcuterie, is prepared with Madrange ham, a slow-cooked, delicately flavored ham. The combination of sweet butter and Dijon mustard complements the subtle nutty flavors of Emmenthaler cheese.
